We are a warm, welcoming & inclusive church in the Anglican tradition. A loving community where all people are invited to grow in relationship with God and one another.

The parish will once again be supporting the global prayer movement Thy Kingdom Come’, which invites Christians around the world to pray from Ascension to Pentecost for more people to come to know Jesus. What started in 2016 as an invitation from the Archbishops of Canterbury and York to the Church of England, has grown into an international and ecumenical call to prayer. This year we will be supporting the movement in several different ways.

We will be providing parishioners with a copy of a ‘Prayer Journal’ resource from the Church of England.

The ‘Prayer Journal’ consists of a short reflection and prayer for each day. Interspersed within the journal are short passages from Scripture and spaces where you can jot down your own reflections on what you have read and/or thought about.

You might like to create your own ‘personal prayer space’ somewhere at home where you can spend time each day going through the journal and reflecting on how God might be speaking to you through it.
