The Vestry and Wardens are the "governing body" of the parish.

The Vestry meets with the Vicar each month. In the "even" months, they meet as a whole, and in the "odd" months they meet separately as committees. The Vestry is divided into four committees: Pastoral Care, Outreach, Property & Maintenance, and Finance. Each committee reports back to the whole Vestry who make the ultimate decision on any recommendation.

The current wardens are:  Mrs Jan McLean, Mrs Judy Steele, and Mrs Dianne Chenoweth

The current members of the Vestry are: Mr Tim Anderson, Mrs Virginia Brown, Ms Megan Crockford, Mr Geoff Dodgshun, Mrs Elizabeth Gibbs, Mr Barry Harrison, Mrs Kay Harrison.
